We're right in the thick of the playoff race and have a very easy schedule to close out the first half. Behind door #2 is keeping him, playing it out, getting laid out in the first round (maybe we get lucky and over achieve and win a series), and then extend him in the summer for a long-term contract we will all bemoan for the next 3-4 seasons.įTR, I think we choose door #2.
